Our Initiatives
In early 2011, leaders from The Learning Alliance and the School District of Indian River County set a goal that 90% of students would be reading on grade level by the end of third grade. Since that time we have brought together nonprofits, government agencies, funders, Churches, businesses, law enforcement, medical professionals, and concerned citizens to take a stand for children and early literacy.
